| Death of a Rainbow - Courtesy of Greenpeace |
|
| We are concerned about some of today's environmental issues like the destruction of the rainforest and the over-fishing of the seas. Our design of pebble jewelry charm stone featuring the Rainbow Warrior, was launched to commemorate the commissioning of the new Greenpeace vessel, Rainbow Warrior III . . . fashioned of course, after one of the original 'rainbow warriors' - the Indalo. The prophecies of the native American Indian tribes such as the Sioux, the Hopi and the Cree, predict that "Warriors of the Rainbow" will save the world from environmental destruction. It was from here that Greenpeace coined the name.
We are located near the Indalo caves in Almeria, Andalucia and many of our pebbles come from the surrounding beaches and coastlines. Natural pebble jewellery appeals especially to people who are interested in holistic and ethical lifestyles, and we hope that our eco-friendly philosophy is of particular interest to environmentally-conscious people. .

Caring for the world
Our presentation boxes are supplied by Tiny Box company in England which only offers recycled and eco-friendly packaging.
Inside the box each product is carefully packed in an attractive bed of wood-wool which is 100% natural and environmentally-friendly - being manufactured from well-seasoned, low-resin softwood, harvested from renewable forests within the United Kingdom using low-energy production methods.
The outside of the box is then tied-off with attractive fronds of raffia sourced from re-generating palms on the island of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean.
